Frequently Asked Questions
How do I join a project? Simply tap on any event in your feed to see the details. If you’re ready to help, tap the “Going” button. The hosting organization will receive your name so they can welcome you on-site.
What if I can no longer attend an event? We get it—plans change. Please go to the event page in the app and change your status to “Not Going” as early as possible so someone else from the community can take your spot.
How do I report a problem or inappropriate content? Nexys is a safe space for real-world connection. If you encounter any issues or offensive content, use the “Report” button directly on the post or event, or email us at Contact@NexysSystems.com.
